Get it delivered or pick it up.

We hand-deliver your meals or you can collect in store. Just pop them in the fridge (or freezer) 

and they’re ready when you are.

Reheat. Refuel. Repeat.

Your meals are ready in minutes—calories and protein already tracked. All that’s left to do is

enjoy.

Reheating Instructions :

1. Remove the lid or any plastic film from the container.

2. Place the meal in the microwave.

3. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes.

4. Stir halfway through.

5. Make sure the food is hot all the way through.

 

Microwave (Recommended)

Storage Tips :

  • Freeze any meals you won’t eat right away — just thaw in the fridge before reheating.

  • Always reheat from chilled or fully defrosted for best results.

Get your order in by Sunday at 18:00 to start the week with fresh meals on Monday.

Collection times: Mon 17:00 - 18:30 , or earlier if you get an email sayings it's ready!

Delivery times: Mon 18:00 - 20:00*
