Delivery Policy

At Kitchen Ted, we want your meal prep experience to be as smooth and reliable as possible. This Delivery Policy outlines how and when you’ll receive your meals.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the Inverclyde area only.
If you are unsure whether your postcode is covered, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries take place every Monday evening.

  • You cannot choose a specific delivery time slot — deliveries are made in a set round throughout the evening.

Order Cut-Off

  • All orders must be placed by 7:00pm on the Sunday prior to your delivery.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the following week.

Delivery Fee

  • A flat delivery fee of £2.99 applies to all orders.

  • This charge covers local transport and chilled packaging.

Packaging & Food Safety

  • All meals are delivered chilled, in sealed plastic containers to maintain freshness.

  • Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed by the use-by date indicated on the label.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you.

  • If no one is available and no safe place has been pre-agreed, your order may be returned to us and re-delivery is not guaranteed.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries unless agreed in advance.
