Refund Policy

At Kitchen Ted, we prepare every meal fresh to order. As a result, we have a clear refund policy to ensure fairness and consistency for both our customers and our kitchen team.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before 7:00pm on the Sunday prior to your delivery.

  • To cancel your order, email us at kitchented9@outlook.com with your name and order number.

  • Cancellations after the cut-off time will not be eligible for a refund, as your meals will already be in preparation.

Refunds

We do not typically offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our products. However, we may consider refunds or partial refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong order

  • Your meals arrived damaged or unsafe to eat

  • We were unable to deliver your order due to an error on our side

In any of the above cases, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery and provide a description of the issue along with clear photos (if applicable).

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made but no one is available and no safe place was agreed in advance, the delivery may be returned to us.
In this case, no refund will be given, as the food cannot be resold or reused.

How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear.
